How do I write a review?

Simply find the business you want to review using the search bar, click on their profile, and find the "Write a review" button. Share your experience, give it a star rating, and submit.

Can I edit my review after publishing?

Yes, you can edit your review to add new information or correct details. Go to your "My Account" dashboard, find the review under "My Reviews", and you will see an option to edit it.

Help For Businesses

How do I claim my business profile?

Search for your business on TrustAnalyser. On your business profile page, you will find a "Claim this business" button. Follow the steps to verify your ownership and get access to your dashboard.

How can I reply to a review?

Once you have claimed your profile and are logged in as a business owner, you can navigate to your business page. You will see a "Reply" button under each review. We encourage you to reply to both positive and negative feedback.

Account & Profile

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

On the login page, click the "Lost your password?" link. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
