Guidelines for Reviewers

To keep TrustAnalyser a reliable and trustworthy platform for everyone, we've established these guidelines. Please follow them to ensure your review is helpful and gets published.

What to Do

  • Write about a genuine, recent experience.

Your review must be based on a real interaction you've had with the business within the last 12 months.

  • Be detailed and specific.

Explain what happened and why you are giving the rating. The more details you provide, the more helpful your review is to others.

  • Be respectful and constructive.

Even if you had a negative experience, focus on the facts and maintain a civil tone. Constructive criticism helps businesses improve.

  • Proofread your review.

A quick check for spelling and grammar makes your review easier to read and understand.

What Not to Do

  • Don't post fake or biased reviews.

This includes writing reviews for your own business, your employer's business, or a competitor's business. We have zero tolerance for fake reviews.

  • Don't include personal information.

Do not include names of employees (unless they have given consent), phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information.

  • Don't use hateful or abusive language.

Reviews containing hate speech, threats, harassment, or obscenities will be removed, and your account may be suspended.

  • Don't post promotional content.

Reviews are not for advertising. Do not include promotional links, discount codes, or any other form of solicitation.

What Happens After You Write a Review?
