The Story Behind TrustAnalyser
From Madhepura to Building India's Trust Platform
I grew up in Madhepura, Bihar — a small district far from the startup ecosystems of Bangalore or Mumbai. I moved to Delhi in 2016, built a career at PaisaBazaar, and was on a stable professional path. Then the COVID-19 pandemic arrived and changed everything.
Instead of waiting for things to return to normal, I enrolled in a Digital Marketing course on Coursera and started paying close attention to the problems around me. One problem kept coming back, every single day: India had no reliable, trust-first platform for local business discovery.
No Trustpilot equivalent built specifically for India. No single app that showed you all genuine nearby businesses at once. No system that gave real power to the customer to identify honest businesses without relying on word of mouth or easily manipulated star ratings. I saw the gap clearly — and I decided to fill it.
TrustAnalyser was launched in 2025 with one clear goal: to build a platform where trust is not a feature — it is the product. Where every TrustScore is earned through genuine community reviews, not purchased or manufactured. Where good businesses get found on the basis of real quality.
My vision is to make TrustAnalyser India's strongest trust platform — serving every business, from the smallest local shop to large enterprises — and within five years, to take it global. A tech company built in India, recognised across the world.

How TrustAnalyser Came to Be
Every platform has a beginning. Ours started with a job loss, a clear-eyed observation, and the decision to build something that genuinely mattered.
After losing his job at PaisaBazaar during the COVID-19 pandemic, founder Ishant Singh Rajput used a period of reflection and learning to observe a problem hiding in plain sight: India's local business discovery ecosystem was broken. Fake reviews were rampant, genuine businesses were invisible, and customers had no reliable way to find businesses they could actually trust.
After completing a Digital Marketing certification on Coursera and spending significant time researching India's local business trust landscape, Ishant began building TrustAnalyser — a platform designed from the ground up with verified trust as its core product, not an afterthought.
TrustAnalyser launched as both a website and Android app, introducing India's first dedicated local business discovery and review platform built around a verified TrustScore system. Businesses began registering and the Reviewer community started growing.
TrustAnalyser reached a significant milestone of verified reviews, reflecting the platform's growing impact on how Indian customers discover and trust local businesses. The Reviewer community and Business Owner base continued to expand across India.
With a clear vision for pan-India expansion and global reach within five years, TrustAnalyser is building the trust infrastructure that India's local economy has always deserved — and that the world's local economies increasingly need.
