Anyone with a genuine experience can write a review. Businesses cannot pay to remove negative reviews. Every voice matters.

We do not censor or alter reviews. A business cannot delete a review simply because it is negative. The only reviews we remove are those that violate our community guidelines (e.g., hate speech, fake content).

Our custom-built software analyzes every review against dozens of data points, including IP address, user agent, timing, and text patterns to identify suspicious activity and fake reviews before they are even published.

Consequences for Misuse
We take misuse of our platform very seriously.
Public Warning Banners
If we find evidence of a business systematically trying to manipulate reviews, we may place a prominent warning banner on their profile page to alert consumers.
Termination of Account
For severe or repeated violations of our guidelines, we will terminate the business's account and may block them from creating new profiles on TrustAnalyser.
